We had purchased our home in 2021 and the seller (In my opinion) hid a broken water valve using plumbers puddy.  Bingham replaced it correctly and also added a drain valve in our basement.

We also didn’t care for the way our front porch looked from the builder.

The wood was decaying and falling apart. We talked to Greg about what we had in mind. Powder coated iron rails and granite countertops.
